Q.  Will the T-Shirt Shaper make a permanent mark or hole in my T-shirt?
A.  No, a small amount of material is pulled through the bottom piece and once removed, the t-shirt may be wrinkled temporarily but it will not be damaged.

Q.  How long will the T-Shirt Shaper stay in place?
A.  If you follow the instructions and work the material into the crevices, it should stay in place for several hours. If the Shaper gets caught on something such as a seat belt in a car or an over-the-shoulder purse strap or just nudging it, I would recommend taking the cap off to see if material has been pulled out and just re-fix it and snap the cap back on.

Q.  Is it safe to throw the T-Shirt Shaper in the washing machine? 
A. I don't recommend throwing it in the washer but if it does happen by mistake, it should be fine... just wipe the cap down with Armour All wipes or a little furniture polish.

Q. How do I clean the shaper cap?

A. I recommend using a soft cloth and rub in a little furniture polish such as pledge or my favorite is Armor All wipes.

Q.  How big is the T-Shirt Shaper? 

A. The round one is 2 ⅝" and the square one is 2" at the narrowest part and 2 ⅝" at the longest point.

Q.  Do you ship internationally?
A.  No, not at this time. Currently we ship to the United States.

Q.  Where are these T-Shirt Shapers manufactured?

A.  They are made right here in the USA.

Q. Is there a top and a bottom to the shaper cap?

A. Actually yes there is! If you look carefully around the edge of the cap, you will see the injection site. That is the bottom.
